about the acacia

Located close to the beach, shops and restaurants and inspired by the Pelirocco Hotel and Blanch House Hotel in Brighton, and the Portobello Hotel, Westbourne Hotel and Covent Garden Hotels in London, we are aiming to break all the rules for seaside landladies. We think that bed and breakfast should be stylish, fun and flexible. To this end, each room at The Acacia is themed after favourite holiday destinations including Paris, New York, Bali Hai, Marrakesh and Nantucket.

With many rooms enjoying en-suite facilities; we offer comfy beds, duvets, a slap up English or Continental breakfast, laundry and dry cleaning service, hairdryers, luxury toiletries and mini-Smeg drinks fridges. There is also a sunny walled garden plus Guests Salon with a tv, hi-fi, computer with broadband internet connection, printer and fax. Use of these facilities is completely complimentary.

In short, we offer flexible, friendly service, modern facilities, later checkouts and a two minute walk to Worthing's town centre. What more could you ask? Let us know and we will attempt to provide it!

"Thanks for a great time, lovely room, great art and nice breakfast" Charlie & Samantha

We also showcase extraordinary contemporary art and crafts by local artists, co-ordinated by Dan Thompson of RAG.

"Parisian delights we enjoyed
Our Saturday evening we certainly toyed!
Sunday morning, breakfast was lush
Sorry we had to leave in a rush"
Natalie & Adaam
